Extract MarginCalculation and LabelAndNodeSizeProcessing to kiml.util

The margin calculator determines margins of a node based on the node's ports and labels.

Similarly, the label and node size processor determines for instance the size of a node to fit all ports and labels properly.

These calculations are not specific to klay.layered but can be used elsewhere. Thus, the functionality should be moved to kiml.util.
