Citations with Bibtex in M$ Word
- use bibutils script package to convert from bibtex to XML and from there to the word format
- on Mac bibutils is available from the MacPorts
bib2xml cau-rt.bib > cau-rt.xml -o unicode xml2wordbib cau-rt.xml > Sources.xml -o unicode
- From at least Word 2007 (on Mac Word 2008), it has acceptable built-in bibliography support
- Word has a global citation "Master List" called Sources.xml
- Search it on your machine and replace by the bibtex generated one
- Then access the citations within word with word's citation mechanism (Toolbox)
