  • Make sure, that the batteries are fully charged and try again. 
  • You should make sure that either the quadcopter's battery is unplugged during the flashing or unplug the blue and green wires from the Bluetooth module. USB uses the TX0 and RX0 pins of the quadcopter and there must not be any other device attached to these pins and powered on.
  • Every Arduino needs to be reset right before flashing. The Arduino Pro Mini does not have a USB port and needs to be connected via a serial adapter to the computer. Hence, there is no automatic reset triggered before flashing. Just press the reset button manually the second the Arduino IDE starts uploading.
  • Make sure that the TX and RX pins are connected correctly. You may try them in the other order.
