This shares everything on the screen (except for any Zoom windows if not enabled in the General Zoom Meeting Settings) which might be helpful for live demos.
- Open Zoom
- To go settings (cog-icon)
- To go general and click View More Settings on the bottom (this will open General Zoom Meeting Settings)
- Go to Disable Screen share for users and disable this option to allow sharing of a whole screen.

Sharing an Application
When You are using a presentation software such as PowerPoint or , libre office, we suggest a two-monitor setup, any pdf reader, or similar.
- Start your presentation
- Share your Screen in Zoom and select the presentation window
If you are using Powerpoint you can also go to your slide show settings and change the presentation mode from Full Screen to Window. This allows you to still use your monitor and other applications since the presentation and Zoom do not block the full screen.
If you are using this sharing option you are able to still see your presentation notes while presenting (which are on the second monitor).
